About Shopping

I am a member. How do I order online?

Our online order cycles open every Saturday at 6pm and close on Monday at 10pm. During this time, you can log into our online VCShop, peruse our many options, and add items to your cart. Check out our How To Order page. Be sure to watch the video that explains how to use the online ordering system.

Now that I have ordered, how do I pick-up my order?

Orders are processed after the cycle closes at 10 pm on Monday. Your order will be delivered to the store before 2 pm on the following Thursday. You may pick up your order between 3 and 8 pm on Thursday or 3-8 pm on Friday or Saturday 9-12pm.

Do you provide shopping bags?

No, we do not. We encourage all shoppers to bring your reusable bags with you. You will get no funny looks from us! We know you are doing your part to eliminate waste and we thank you.

Should I toss or recycle the glass milk bottles?

PLEASE, DO NOT throw away or recycle South Mountain Creamery’s milk bottles! We return these bottles, they wash them and reuses them. This is why you pay a $2 bottle deposit when you purchase the milk, so please bring the bottle back to the store for your $2 refund.  Be sure to remember to tell the cashier of your returns so he/she can refund your deposit.

What about egg cartons?

Please bring them in and the suppliers will reuse them.
