As A Supplier

How to Join the Co-op as a Supplier:

  1. To apply for membership as a supplier fill out the form online, noting that: 

    1. Items with an asterisk MUST be filled out.
    2. In Section 1, check the box “I am interested in becoming a supplier member for Valley Co-op.”
    3. In Section 4, there’s a dropdown box — choose between Regular Member or Supplier Only. As a Regular Member you’ll have ordering privileges, will pay an annual $20 fee, and will be required to volunteer 6 hours per calendar quarter.
  2. After approval by a volunteer you’ll receive a link to a form where you’ll be asked to provide information about your practices.
    Because a main factor that distinguishes us from other food sources is transparency about the products we offer, taking the time to do this carefully will benefit your sales to our community.
